I am happy to refund your money if you do not like your product. The product must be returned unused to Luvthehorse in order for full refund minus shipping costs.

Can I have a custom bag made?

I am happy to honor your request of a custom bag, as long as I have photos of the specific horse or product you are looking for. I have photos I took of many of our top horses, especially on the West Coast. I can also mix up the current photos you see on this site to create a bag with 2 different horses or photos.
